Mellow Palm and TEN EIGHTY are approximately 77 meters apart, while TEN EIGHTY and Boho on the Canal are approximately 50 meters apart.
That means your group can stay in three complete private homes without feeling separated across different parts of Naples.

Please note that this reservation includes three separate homes rather than one 12-bedroom building. That separation is one of the biggest benefits of the experience.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Pool Heat Optional pool heat may be added for an additional nightly fee: June 1 – September 30: $30/night/house October 1 – May 31: $45/night/house Pets Pets may be considered with prior owner approval and must be approved before booking. A $300 pet fee applies to approved pets.
